My Guide to Meeting My Inner Child

Hello, I am Zeynep Seda Gençer. I am a Child Development and Psychology Specialist. This guide that I have prepared for you to meet your inner child is the result of my own therapy processes, my trainings after entering the field, my clients' experiences, my readings, seminars and supervisions blended together. In my own therapies, I always questioned why a tiny state of well-being lasted so long before I even entered the field. And I thought about how my friends who needed therapy but did not take any steps because they either did not have enough time, money or courage, and how those in their situation could access therapy more easily. My story of entering the field actually goes back to these. I worked with many therapists and many methods, but outside of all my therapy processes, I started to realize that something inside me had fundamentally changed after the work I did with my INNER CHILD. I was experiencing very sacred and surprising feelings. After entering the field, I devoted myself to the subjects of the inner child, childhood, child and family. Our clear knowledge was this: Our childhood years were a force that affected our entire lives. When our essential childhood needs were not met healthily by our parents, we were growing physically, but our unhealthy childhood parts were waiting to be COMPLETED inside us/in our unconscious as the INNER CHILD. You need awareness, desire and knowledge to examine your childhood, determine the psychological structures of your parents, find the unhealthy aspects of your childhood experiences and minimize their effects on your adult life. Being ready to meet your INNER CHILD here right now is a sign of your willingness. You will gain awareness and knowledge through the guide. After meeting and connecting with your inner child, first your relationship with yourself, then your relationship with your spouse, child and others will start to become healthier.
