BUYER

The customer who makes a purchase through the website.

 

Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and qualifications of the devices in relation to the sale and delivery of digital devices ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website [www.nuterapi.com].

Article 3 - Product/Service Information Product type: Digital content (e-book, guide, downloadable material, etc.)

Delivery method: Instant download via email or website after ordering, or access via the website.

Payment method: Online payment (via iyzico virtual POS).

 

Article 4 - General Provisions

The BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read and are aware of all information regarding the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the digital product subject to this contract, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

Digital products are deemed to have been delivered to the BUYER electronically immediately upon order confirmation.

If access is not possible due to technical malfunctions, access is guaranteed within a maximum of 24 hours.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods (digital content) delivered instantly to the

BUYER. By approving this contract, the BUYER explicitly accepts that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products.

 

Article 6 - Return Conditions Digital products, by their nature, cannot be returned. The BUYER cannot request a refund of the product price after making the payment and gaining access to the product.

Article 7 - Authorized Court In case of dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Board and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's location shall have jurisdiction.

 

Article 8 - Effectiveness By confirming the order through the website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
