1. Delivery Terms
All purchased products are digital content and no physical shipment is made.
Once the payment process is completed, the product is deemed to have been delivered electronically immediately.
Delivery is provided via the link sent by email after ordering or via account access at [www.nuterapi.com].
If access is not available due to technical problems, access is guaranteed within 24 hours at the latest.
2. Return Conditions
Due to the nature of purchased digital products, returns or exchanges are not possible.
In accordance with Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic environment or digital content delivered instantly to the recipient.
Once the payment process is completed and access to the product is provided, no refund can be requested.
